I have designed and presented trainings in areas including Self-Marketing (CVs, Interviews etc), Working to Strengths, Resilience and Career Development.
I am a passionate believer in supporting employees to help them be happier, more fulfilled and reach their potential at work, thereby enabling business success and fostering a culture of opportunity, support and team spirit.
Outplacement Support
​I can provide individual and group support for companies who have employees considering or dealing with redundancy or redeployment. This can be help with career pivots, career management and self-marketing skills to enable them to put their best foot forward in the job market or start their own enterprises.

I provide Executive Coaching in-house for individuals or groups including Leadership Coaching, On-boarding, Transition Coaching, Career Management, Succession Planning and Retirement Coaching.

Review
Collette Bryson of Engage Life Coaching held an in-person and online training event focusing on personal empowerment, training, skills and succession practices in the workplace. Collette helped the participants to review the commonality that exists in our network and how diversity of skills will strengthen it. Review of commonality and how to best build capacity across the network discussed. Improving workplace practices was discussed and training opportunities identified.
Bringing in the Career Coach Collette Bryson really helped to focus the network on the reasons for training and the individual’s responsibility to invest time thinking about their work and what tools would help them to succeed and be happy in the workplace.
